• 超高速移動する偵察兵。

主な任務は敵都市や谷の偵察だが、偵察時戦闘、対偵察戦闘もこなす。
また、その速度を活かして、超高速輸送や低レベルFlatの占領にも使われる。

戦争の前哨戦としてスカウト合戦が行われることがあるが、
スカウト合戦だけで相手の力量を知り、どちらかが身を引く事もある。
