ロースターで選手能力を弄っても実績には影響しないので、ほとんどの実績は簡単に解除出来る。
カード系もアンロック条件は比較的簡単なものが多いが、すべての開放を目指すとなると時間はかなりかかるだろう（40H～）。
※フランチャイズモード
1.あらかじめ自身が選択するチームの選手能力をＭＡＸにしておく。
その際、200三振を目指すエース以外の投手陣のスタミナ項目はそのままにしておく方がよいだろう。
（スタミナを全選手ＭＡＸにしてしまうと完投することが多くなり、セーブ数が稼げない為。）
2.フランチャイズモードをスタート、ホームランダービーまで自動進行させる。
3.ホームランダービーに参加、優勝して実績を解除。
4.トレード期限まで自動進行させる。ここまでで実績解除に必要な成績の近似値まで勝手に達成してくれている。
他球団の選手の方が成績が上回っているようであれば、引き抜きをするのもいいだろう。
5.20試合以上を自分でプレイ（イニング数、試合難度不問）し、フランチャイズモードの実績をすべて解除。
6.ワールドシリーズ決勝で3勝するまで自動進行、最終試合を自分でプレイし勝利する。
※カード収集系
・難易度をpro以上に設定しておかないと、カードは入手出来ない。
・カードの入手条件は選手ごとに2つあるので、簡単な方で入手を目指すとよい。
・選手の移籍は簡単にできるので、カード持ちの選手を1球団に集めて対戦するようにすると効率が良い。
その際、面倒ではあるが選手能力を弄っておこう。
・クラシック選手の入手条件は、pro難度の試合での三振等の累計による。
・三振を効率よく取るためには、能力MAXのオリジナル投手を作るのがよい。オリジナル投手は球種ごとの威力も設定できる。
・中断セーブが可能なのでここぞという場面では、利用しよう。
※King of the Hill
メニューから選ぶことの出来るホームランダービーにはキング・オブ・ザ・ヒルモードがあり、
下記20選手と対戦し勝ち抜いていく。

15. A. Dunn(Nationals)
16. P. Fielder(Brewers)
17. A. Pujols(Cardinals)
18. M. Ramirez(Free Agent)
19. A. Rodriguez(Yankees)

これらの選手の打撃能力を0にしておけば、彼らはホームランを打つことが出来なくなるので
後はひたすら作業。
中断して続きからプレイすることも可能。
※秘密の実績
・That's all folks
サヨナラの場面でセーブしておくことにより、何度もチャレンジすることが出来る。
・Expect the Unexpected
リンスカムの打撃能力をMAXにすればリンスカム実績とともに解除出来、効率が良い。
・This old man came rolling home
ヤンキースのJoba Chamberlinが投球モーションが大きく、成功しやすいか。
ホームスチールが出来るシチュエーションでセーブし何度もトライしてみる。
・Ya Can't Get fooled Again
運次第。ランナーの盗塁頻度と難易度設定でCOMの盗塁頻度を上げておく。
オンライン対戦だと簡単。
※オンライン
基本的に人はいない上、9イニングの試合で勝利しなければならない。
感染実績取得を目指すなら、外人相手の談合試合が出来る交渉力が必要だろう。
