ストーリーモードは全6トーナメント制，全てのトーナメントを勝ち抜くとラスボス戦．

- Miracle Shot/Ultra Shot/Great Shot/Amazing Shot/Smashing Shot
1回のショットでステージ中に配置された規定のアイテムを回収or破壊が条件．
CPUの動きが参考になる．このなかでも難関はGreat Shot．
バトルアイテムとは宙に浮いているクリスタルを破壊することで入手できる戦闘中にYボタンで
使用可能なアイテムのこと．Haosステージ両脇の口から飛び出せる像などの高高度へジャンプ出来る
ギミックを活用すれば楽になる．バクガンに一定以上のスピードが無いとクリスタルに弾かれてしまうため注意．

ストーリークリア後のParkでのフリーバトルモードがプレイ可能．BBSにミッションが表示されるので
それをこなしてゆくことで新しいバクガンやカードがショップに追加される．
クリア可能なミッションが無い場合は一度ショップで追加されたバクガンを購入することで
新たなミッションが開放される場合がある．
バクガンポイントはトーナメントで5戦勝ち抜くごとに大量のボーナスが入手出来る．
おすすめはタグチームバトル．
それをこなしてゆくことで新しいバクガンやカードがショップに追加される．
クリア可能なミッションが無い場合は一度ショップで追加されたバクガンを購入することで
新たなミッションが開放される場合がある．

ストーリークリア後に新たに開催されるトーナメントで3つある試合形式において
規定数勝利することで解除．最短で55戦必要なため，約5時間ひたすら作業となる．

- Special Shot使用系
ショップでのバクガンアップグレードでLv.5に達したバクガンはその属性に応じた必殺ショットを習得
バトル中にスペシャルショットゲージが満タンになることで使用可能．
当然Lv.5のバクガンを選択しないと使用不可なのでショットする順番には注意．
スペシャルショットを敵にヒットさせてなおかつその後のバトルに勝利しないと解除されない．

- Power Guru/Timing Guru/Shooting Guru
3種類あるバトルのLv3に規定回数連続勝利が必要．アビリティカードの中にバトル形式を指定出来るカードがあるので
解除したいバトルのカードを1枚デッキに入れておけばそれほど苦労せずに解除可能．
Shooting Guruは本ゲーム中の最難関実績，どうしても解除出来ない場合はParkにて
自分のデッキと同属性のフィールドを選択しつつ，敵は自分と逆属性を選択，種類はランダムではあるものの保険としてバトルアイテムを取得しておけば難易度は下がる．
